High Tower wanted to turn these unfortunate circumstances into a unique marketing opportunity, and more importantly, they recognized it as a way to elevate the service they could offer their most loyal customers.
Under the direction of Lowry Creative Agency, we created a series of sales emails that shared an exclusive & limited-time offer: emergency tarping & priority roofing repairs to the first 150 customers who signed up for High Tower’s VIP Club for a monthly fee. All 150 spots filled before hurricane season. This campaign provided High Tower with a consistent source of subscription-based revenue & gave their customers peace of mind in knowing they’d be the first to receive post-storm repairs.
